We’ve changed our name!

On 1 August 2020, the Fund’s name changed to NatWest Group Pension Fund to align with the change of the bank’s parent company. It’s the same Fund with the same great benefits, and the same great service.

Now’s the ideal time to explore the new-look website and your pension record to help you stay in control of your future.

To receive pension transfer advice on your DB benefits you will need to be a Deferred member.

Update your details

It’s important to let us know when things change – like if you move house, for example. Go to the Intranet, click Human Resources, then My Information to update your details. You can also choose whether you’d like us to keep in touch by email or post.

Look after your loved ones

When you die, your loved ones can get money from us. Tell us who you’d like your money to go to, and keep those names up-to-date.
